BEING SCARED
When facing your fears, it is common to experience increased heart and breathing rate, sudden sweating, shaking, freezing, or urge to flee the situation. This is your body’sfight-flight-freezeresponse kicking in. This is a natural response to a perceived threat or danger, however, it is not always necessary or appropriate.
