Enhancing the Cruise Experience with Wearable Stress Relief
NAU Alumna Vicki Mayo invented TouchPoints, high-tech wearable devices, designed to improve the cruise travelers' experience by reducing the stress and anxiety often associated with cruising.
Frederick DeMicco, executive director and professor in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management along with Mayo later released an article titled "Enhancing the Cruise Experience with Wearable TouchPoints Stress Relief," to further explain the research behind the use of TouchPoints.
