Everyday Calm Gift Set

Everyday Calm Gift Set

The Everyday Calm Gift Set brings together four ways to ease everyday stress: touch, scent, movement and a few kind words. It's for the busy professional, the student, the commuter, or anyone who carries the day's stress with them. Give it to someone who needs a reset, or keep it for yourself.

Why these belong together:

Touch + scent. TouchPoints for Calm deliver gentle bi-lateral alternating stimulating touch that works with your body's natural calming systems, with three speeds: slow for sleep and meditation, medium for calm and focus, and fast to ease anger and agitation. The Scentered aromatherapy balms add a grounding moment you can reach for anytime.
Something for restless hands. Six silent magnetic fidget balls give nervous energy somewhere to go during long workdays, commutes or study sessions. Pair them with the Focus and De-stress balms in the Roll & Reset tin.
A kinder inner voice. The Affirmations Set pairs empowering affirmation cards with Happy and Love mini balms, for the days when self-doubt gets loud.
Built to travel. A pocket-sized tin, a deck of cards and mess-free balms in a zip pouch made from recycled water bottles mean every piece fits in a bag, a desk drawer or a carry-on.

How to use

When you begin to experience stress, place TouchPoints on either side of your body - on straps, socks, pockets or holding in palms. TouchPoints gently vibrate to calm you down, increasing focus, helping with sleep and improving performance.

The vibrations produce a sound that’s similar to that of a cell phone. If the noise is distracting, simply place the TouchPoints in pockets, socks, or use our zippered sweatbands (not included).

What TouchPoints Users Have to Say

As a psychotherapist working with PTSD, I'm very pleased with the ease of using Touchpoints and have recommended them to clients and friends to promote relaxation and longer stretches of deep restful sleep. All Positive Feedback

Suzy Lieber

“I work with clients with trauma reactions and PTSD. I've been using TouchPoints for my clients who receive EMDR therapy to use at home. The feedback I have received is that they help them fall asleep and they empower them to regulate their anxiety. I have used them myself for stress relief and focus. I highly recommend them.”

Lourdes Estrada

“TouchPoints are an amazing at-home tool to help my patients regulate their emotions when they feel triggered. While not a replacement for therapy/EMDR, it is an invaluable tool to help them manage overwhelming feelings in the moment to then address during a follow up session. I recommend them to everyone whether they are a patient or a friend.”

Matthew Thadeio

“I am a therapist and use these at all phases. Clients report them and report feeling calmer during history taking and the added BLS during processing. I thoroughly recomment TouchPoints and their customer service is incredible.”
