By participating in this "Share Your Story" promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of submission.
Proof of Purchase: This offer is valid only for customers who purchased a TouchPoints set directly from our official store within the last 24 months from the date of video submission.
Limit: Limit of one (1) refund per person. This offer cannot be applied to multiple orders or combined with other promotional discounts.
Submission Method: To qualify, testimonials must be recorded and submitted exclusively through the Vocal Video platform link provided. Videos submitted via email, social media tagging, or other third-party platforms will not be eligible for the refund.
Content Criteria: To be considered a "qualifying submission," the creator must answer all prompts/questions presented within the Vocal Video interface.
Honesty and Originality: By submitting, you represent that the testimonial is your own original work and reflects your honest, personal experience with the product.

Value: Upon verification of a qualifying video, TouchPoints will issue a refund of 50% of the original purchase price, capped at a maximum total refund of $100.00 USD.
Processing: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after your video has been approved.
Taxes: Any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from the receipt of the refund are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Ownership: By submitting a video, you (the "Creator") grant the Brand an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in any media format.
Right to Edit: The Brand reserves the right to edit, crop, or modify the video content (e.g., for length, clarity, or social media formatting) at its sole discretion.
Publicity: You grant the Brand the right to use your name and likeness as submitted in connection with the testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes.

Data Collection: Any personal information collected during the submission process (such as your name, email address, and order history) will be used to verify eligibility and process the refund.
Policy: All data will be handled in accordance with our official Privacy Policy. By submitting your video, you consent to the processing of your information for the purposes of this promotion.

Offer Duration: The Brand reserves the right to deactivate the Vocal Video submission link and terminate this offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Right to Reject: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the video content is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or does not meet the specified prompt requirements.
